DVHS Robotics Summer Camp

The 5th annual DVHS Robotics summer camp registration is now open! We highly encourage you to sign up for this unique educational experience from experienced and award-winning VEX teams. This is your chance to join us to explore the basics of designing, engineering, programming, teamwork, and more! No prior experience is needed. By the time the students finish the camp, they will have learned practical engineering, physics, and programming skills. Students will collaborate in close-knit teams to complete challenges, program hardware, and, at the end, build an original robot from scratch and compete against other teams in a final tournament. Students will be taught by DVHS Robotics Club members who have world-class robotics experience in designing, building, and programming advanced robots. We have consistently been one of the top robotics clubs in the state and we have had 10 teams (and counting!) qualify for the VEX World Championships over the past 15 years. If your student would like to get a head start in competing at the high school level, we strongly encourage you to join! This is one of the best ways for rising 6 to 9th graders to prepare for high school-level robotics while enjoying their summer through participation in a variety of fun STEM-related activities!
